Digitide - Director - HR Business Partner

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Director - HR to drive the HR strategy and partner with senior leadership across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong Global HRBP and Corporate HR experience, with a proven track record in managing people, HR operations and strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.

- Lead Global HRBP activities and manage HR support across international teams/geographies.

- Manage and develop the Corporate HR team and drive HR governance.

- Own the complete employee lifecycle - Entry to Exit, including onboarding, career movements, engagement, retention and separation.

- Drive performance management, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement.

- Handle employee relations, POSH, labour law and HR compliance matters.

- Lead strategic HR projects, transformation and process improvement initiatives.

- Drive people analytics and HR dashboards, using data to identify trends and support business decisions.

- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and change management.

Key Requirements:

- 15 - 18 years of HR experience, preferably in IT / ITES / Technology / Services.

- Strong Global HRBP / Strategic HRBP experience.

- Experience managing corporate HR teams and senior stakeholders.

- Strong exposure to employee lifecycle management, performance management, POSH and employee relations.

- Proven experience in leading HR projects and transformation initiatives.

- Strong analytical and data-driven approach with good understanding of HR metrics.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing and leadership skills.

- MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources preferred.
