Position Title: Chief of Staff to Chief Executive Officer
Location: Bangalore
About the Role:
The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted strategic partner and advisor to the CEO, driving execution of the companys strategic priorities, enabling effective decision-making, and ensuring alignment across leadership teams. This role requires a blend of business acumen, project management, analytical thinking, and interpersonal excellence to optimize the CEOs time and enhance organizational effectiveness.
What youll do at Digitide:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the CEO in driving key strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Prepare executive updates, presentations, and business reviews.
2. Leadership Support & Coordination
- Facilitate leadership meetings managing agendas, follow-ups, and key action items.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal teams to ensure effective communication and accountability.
3. Business Insights & Decision Support
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Track business metrics and provide insights to improve performance and execution.
4. CEO Office Management
- Manage the CEOs priorities, calendar, and key communications.
- Represent the CEOs office in internal initiatives and special projects.
5. Culture & Organizational Effectiveness
- Champion the companys mission, culture, and values across teams.
- Support talent initiatives, leadership communication, and organizational development efforts.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy, or a fast paced corporate environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational abilities.
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and adaptability.
