
- Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition will manage end-to-end hiring for niche skills and mid-level leadership roles.
- The position requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to independently run hiring cycles for critical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Niche & Leadership Hiring:
- Drive hiring for niche skills (analytics, digital, tech, domain-specialized roles).
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level leadership roles (Managers/Delivery Leads/Practice Leads).
- Build a strong pipeline for future critical roles.
Sourcing Strategy & Execution:
- Use advanced sourcing: LinkedIn boolean search, talent mapping, market research, internal referrals, social hiring.
- Own screening, evaluation, interview coordination, negotiations, and closure.
Stakeholder & Business Partnering:
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand role requirements and hiring strategy.
- Provide market insights, competitor mapping, compensation trends, and hiring feasibility.
- Ensure clear communication and expectation setting with all stakeholders.
Process Excellence & Candidate Experience:
- Maintain structured hiring processes, assessment frameworks, and documentation.
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience and offer-to-join conversion.
- Track hiring metrics (TAT, funnel ratios, sourcing mix, quality-of-hire).
Recruitment Operations:
- Maintain ATS records, dashboards, weekly hiring trackers, and reporting.
- Support employer branding and social media hiring campaigns where needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Business Management.
- 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2-3 years in niche/leadership hiring.
- Strong hands-on sourcing for niche/critical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority roles.
- Understanding of compensation structures and offer management.
- Good command of ATS tools, Excel/Sheets, and basic analytics.
