Working closely with the CEO and other stakeholders, the Digital Transformation Officer will be a driving force in our organization's digital transformation Objectives of the Role: Drive digital innovation and serve as a change agent throughout the organization Set and implement digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to map and transition manual / semi-automated processes to digital ones Be an evangelist, championing the use of digital technology and practices to foster a digital mindset from the top down Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices among partners and colleagues to help establish a robust digital ecosystem Measure ROI for digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure that we're investing in the appropriate tools and resources Responsibilities: - Develop a clear and compelling digital strategy for the company's future Ensure that digital initiatives are fully integrated with the strategic-planning process, including leadership commitment and resource allocation Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models Own and monitor the digital innovation project portfolio - Build, manage, and continue to grow a digital innovation ecosystem, both internal and external Identify new tools (AI, Block Chain, RPA, Low-code / No-code) that can support and enhance our solutions Work closely with the Human Capital Management function to attract and retain top talent, and build digital capabilities across the company Initial Envisaged Roadmap for the Leader: - Set-up a Centre of Process Excellence (COPE) to enable process simplification, standardization, reengineering and documentation to bring in process efficiencies and better control in operations Set up Centre of Digital Excellence (CODE) to bring in the right Digital infrastructure and solutions to automate processes, and workflows and enable new business models Establish a Digital Transformation Office and onboard the Head of COPE and Head of CODE and their teams Formulate & drive the Enterprise Cloud, Application strategy Build the right skills for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Collaboration tools Enable the formation of work groups to identify a portfolio of projects to add value to the industry Continuously benchmark and implement against an 'Emerging Technology Radar' to keep IIB and the industry current to the latest technology developments Required Skills and Qualifications: - Five to seven years of experience in a similar role designing and implementing digital products/solutions A minimum of 15 years of IT experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role Proven leadership of successful digital transformation projects Understanding of core business processes and their associated technical solutions An innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward - Experience in managing and leading a digital team Proven skills for influencing and collaborating with co-workers Skills: - Must Skills Designing And Implementing Digital Products / Solutions, Successfully Implemented Digital Transformation Projects, Innovative And Disruptive Mindset, Constantly Looking Forward, Team Management, Leadership Skills, Collaborative And Influencing Skills Key Skills: Designing And Implementing Digital Products / Solutions, Successfully Implemented Digital Transformation Projects, Innovative And Disruptive Mindset, Constantly Looking Forward, Team Management, Leadership Skills, Collaborative And Influencing Skills Qualifications Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E) Compny Address 1st Floor, Plot No. 38/39, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana, India Working Days 5 days in a week J Job Nature Full Time / Permanen
