About the Role

- Drive digital and process transformation initiatives within the Marketing function to enhance efficiency, governance, and scalability.

- Act as a strategic enabler between marketing, technology, analytics, and governance teams.

- Strengthen marketing operations through automation, standardized processes, and data-driven decision making.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Lead digital transformation initiatives across marketing and brand management functions.

- Identify opportunities to leverage marketing technology to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.

- Evaluate and transform existing marketing processes, workflows, and SOPs for optimization and scalability.

- Drive process excellence initiatives aligned with organizational goals and best practices.

- Conduct audits of marketing systems, processes, and policies across multiple business verticals.

- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements.

- Recommend and implement corrective actions based on audit findings and process gaps.

- Oversee implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of marketing systems and SOPs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, analytics, finance, and brand teams for seamless execution.

- Track performance metrics and deliver insights to improve marketing productivity and ROI.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Stay updated with emerging trends in Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, and Brand Management tools.

- Design and implement workflow automation solutions for marketing operations.

- Standardize and document marketing processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

- Support change management and adoption of new digital tools across marketing teams.

- Ensure alignment of marketing processes with organizational governance frameworks.

- Support leadership with dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting.

Required Skillsets

- Strong expertise in process improvement and operational transformation.

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and MarTech platforms.

- Strong understanding of SOP management and workflow design.

- Experience in marketing analytics, reporting, and data interpretation.

- Knowledge of audit, compliance, and governance frameworks within large organizations.

- Ability to translate business requirements into digital and process solutions.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

- MBA in Marketing, Data Analytics, or equivalent professional qualification.
