Digital Transformation Lead - Salesforce - IT

Role Overview:

The Digital Transformation Lead will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget constraints.

- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.

- Implement and oversee Agile and other project management methodologies to drive efficient execution of digital initiatives.

- Lead the integration of enterprise digital platforms and systems, including CRM, SRM, SCM, ERP/SAP, DMS, SFA, cloud solutions, Smart Manufacturing (Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies), PLM, HRMS, e-commerce platforms, portal applications, and analytics solutions to support business processes and enhance customer interactions.

- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure digital solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.

- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience across digital channels such as web, mobile, and social platforms.

- Leverage data analytics to understand customer behavior and preferences, ensuring digital solutions are aligned with business and customer needs.

- Design and deliver training programs and support materials to enable effective adoption of digital systems across the organization.

- Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to measure the effectiveness and business impact of digital initiatives.

- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and optimize digital performance.

- Ensure adherence to data governance, security standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners to ensure successful project delivery.

- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
