Role Overview:

As a Digital Transformation Lead based in Mumbai, you will serve as the primary architect for our organizations technological evolution, bridging the gap between legacy operations and future-ready digital ecosystems. You will work closely with the C-suite, cross-functional department heads, and external technology partners to define and execute a roadmap that integrates Artificial Intelligence and advanced Data Analytics into our core business processes. Your daily focus involves steering large-scale change management initiatives, ensuring that digital investments translate into measurable business outcomes, enhanced operational efficiency, and a superior customer experience. By championing a culture of innovation, you will directly influence our market competitiveness and long-term strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Orchestrate end-to-end digital transformation programs to streamline business workflows and drive significant improvements in operational productivity across global business units.

- Design and implement Artificial Intelligence strategies that automate complex decision-making processes, providing actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Leverage advanced Data Analytics to identify market trends and internal bottlenecks, ensuring that data-driven intelligence informs every strategic pivot.

- Manage high-stakes relationships with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless deployment of scalable digital solutions that align with corporate objectives.

- Cultivate a high-performance culture by mentoring cross-functional teams, ensuring that digital literacy and agile methodologies are embedded within the organizational DNA.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and executing large-scale digital transformation roadmaps within complex, matrixed organizational environments.

- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business language, facilitating effective communication with board members and executive stakeholders.

- Advanced proficiency in deploying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models to solve real-world business challenges and optimize resource allocation.

- Strong analytical acumen with a track record of utilizing Data Analytics to drive revenue growth and improve customer retention metrics.

- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a focus on change management and the ability to inspire diverse teams through periods of significant technological transition.

Experience:

- Minimum 15 to 25 years of professional experience in Manufacturing & technology consulting, digital strategy, or senior-level IT leadership roles.
