We're hiring an Enterprise Planning Digital Transformation Lead to drive a large-scale digital supply chain transformation program for a global organization, spanning factories, clusters, and central teams across multiple countries.

What you'll own:

- Lead in-scope transformation initiatives on-time, on-budget, on-scope delivery

- Own the program roadmap, dependencies, and risk management across Enterprise Planning streams

- Drive future operating model design for enterprise planning deployment (OMP/Kinaxis or equivalent)

- Enable standardized Production Sequencing through digital tech, integrated with MES/ERP

- Shape Cluster Operating Model design for Demand & Supply Planning technology at scale

- Build Inventory Management foundations with a data-driven approach

- Embed digital analytics standardized KPIs, reporting, dashboards

- Engage senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Digital, and Finance to drive alignment and adoption

- Lead capability building, training, and vendor management for digital planning tools

What we're looking for:

- 10-13 years in digital supply chain/enterprise planning transformation

- Proven experience leading workstreams in large-scale, multi-country transformation programs

- Background in factory scheduling, production sequencing, inventory management, and demand/supply planning

- Strong program management track record on multi-million dollar digital transformations

- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Digital/IT, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
