Digital Transformation Lead - Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Seeking a high-performing Digital Leader to drive the digital transformation agenda across Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, and Procurement functions.

The role will be responsible for defining and executing the digital roadmap, leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies, AI, advanced analytics, automation, and smart factory solutions to improve operational efficiency, productivity, asset utilization, supply chain agility, and business performance.

- Lead implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives across manufacturing facilities.

- Drive deployment of smart factory solutions including:

1. Track & Trace

2. Manufacturing Analytics incl. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

3. MES solutions

4. Industrial IoT (IIoT)

5. Robotics and Automation

6. Predictive Maintenance

- Identify, evaluate, and deploy AI-driven use cases across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and procurement.

Required skills:

- 8 - 12 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Manufacturing Technology, Supply Chain Excellence, Operations Excellence.

- Experience in FMCG, Agrochemicals, Consumer Products, Chemicals, Process Manufacturing.

- Experience with SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain ecosystem including SAP WM, SAP EWM, and related solutions.

- Strong understanding of ISA-95 architecture and IT-OT integration principles.

- Deep knowledge of Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, IIoT, Automation, and Connected Factory solutions.
