Manufacturing & Plant Digitization :

- Enable digitization initiatives within manufacturing operations including production visibility, inventory tracking, maintenance systems, and operational reporting.

- Ensure smooth functioning of plant IT systems and operational technology support.

- Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to improve efficiency through technology interventions.

Sales, Distribution & Commercial Systems :

- Strengthen technology platforms supporting sales operations, distributor management, secondary sales visibility, and field reporting.

- Drive digital enablement across sales and distribution ecosystem.

Data, Analytics & Reporting :

- Build robust MIS and dashboarding capabilities across functions.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10-15 years of experience in IT leadership roles within FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods, or manufacturing organizations.

- Strong exposure to ERP systems, enterprise applications, digital transformation, and manufacturing operations.

- Experience managing multi-location business environments and plant IT ecosystems.

- Strong understanding of sales & distribution operations within FMCG environment preferred.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technology transformation initiatives.
