We are looking for Digital Transformation Head.
Proven track record of 20+ years in managing the Digital function Ideally from FMCG/FMCD or Auto/Auto ancillaries or Electrical Vehicle Industry.
Key Must Haves
- At least 4-6 years of this should be in a leadership role with experience of independent responsibility.
Key Strategic Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Planning
- Build Digital Strategy that not only aligns with business priorities but also creates and enables new business models that add competitive advantage to business.
- Build thought leadership and expertise in emerging technologies and creatively applies it to different needs of the business.
- Drive regular review and management of the IT architecture to ensure a robust framework that underpins the IT systems and applications in the organization.
2. Data, AI and Digital Products
- Create a strong Data and AI strategy to drive data driven decisions
- Create intelligent processes and systems with AI enablement
3. IT Infrastructure and Architecture
- Oversee effective deployment of IT assets, systems, procedures, and processes with respect to consistency, reliability, and effectiveness; Review the performance of organization-wide systems, assets, and processes on a periodic basis.
- Define a To Be State Architecture for the organization, drive architecture choices to enable innovation and speed
4. IT Research and Innovation
- Continuously scan the changing IT landscape and bring in best practices relevant to the organization; assess the latest technological advancements; and drive new IT or digital projects and initiatives to proactively meet business needs.
5. Cybersecurity
- Formulate a robust risk management framework and drive effective deployment across IT and business verticals.
- Oversee the running of information security, privacy, and data protection controls (people, processes, and technology) to adequately mitigate security risks.
6. Process Automation and Analytics
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of automation tools and platforms and develop data management strategies to enable accurate and timely reporting, analysis and decision-making.
7. Audits and Compliance
- Establish audit frameworks and address critical escalations; maintain oversight; and ensure effective adherence to the policies across the organization.
- Proven track record of 15+ years in managing the Digital function Ideally from FMCG/FMCD or Auto/Auto ancillaries.
- At least 4-6 years of this should be in a leadership role with experience of independent responsibility.
- Strong analytical skills combined with acumen to lead large teams.
- Strong leadership skills to lead a dynamic and versatile team.
