Chief Digital Officer will be responsible for driving the digital transformation agenda and leveraging emerging technologies to create a competitive advantage in the Textile sector. CDO will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital strategies, enhance customer experiences, and optimize operations. The CDO will report directly to the Chairman/MD and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies and digital trends that can be leveraged to enhance business operations and customer engagement.
- Oversee digital projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, operations, and other departments to drive digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage the digital transformation budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Effectively manager and lead cultural and organizational change initiatives required for digital transformation.
- Enhance the customer experience through digital channels, ensuring a seamless and personalized journey for our clients.
- Foster a data-driven culture by utilizing data analytics and insights to make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors and technology providers to leverage external expertise and resources effectively.
Role Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record of at least 15-18 years in digital leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on digital strategy development and execution.
- Professional Certifications: PMP, CSM etc.
