Digital Supply Chain Transformation Manager

A leading multinational manufacturing organization is hiring for a strategic role within Global Supply Chain Transformation & Integrated Business Planning function.

This opportunity is targeted towards high-performing professionals from Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (2-Year Full-Time MBA/PGDIM) - 2017 /2018/ 2019 passout batch, with strong experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Digitization and Global Planning COE environments.

Role Overview:

The selected professional will play a key role in driving global demand planning excellence, integrated business planning initiatives, process standardization, and digital supply chain transformation across multiple geographies.

The role requires strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation and IT teams to improve forecasting accuracy, planning agility and business responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive global Demand Planning and Forecasting transformation initiatives

- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of planning processes, governance and best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional global stakeholders across regions and business units

- Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and supply chain digitization programs

- Drive forecasting accuracy improvement, inventory optimization and planning effectiveness

- Lead scenario planning, predictive analytics and demand sensing initiatives

- Work closely with Digital & Technology teams for planning platform integration and adoption

- Support implementation/adoption of advanced planning solutions like SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis or Blue Yonder

- Manage complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment across global teams

- Participate in supply chain transformation and process excellence initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 7-10 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain / IBP / Planning Transformation

- Experience in global manufacturing or large-scale supply chain environments preferred

- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, planning processes and analytics

- Hands-on exposure to SAP IBP / o9 / Kinaxis / Blue Yonder preferred

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capability

- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations and transformation-led environments

Educational Qualification:

- 2-Year Full-Time MBA / PGDIM from NITIE / IIM Mumbai only

- Preferred pass-out batch: 2018 / 2019
