Digital Solutions Representative (DSR)
- 3 years of Cloud Sales and Any cloud certification
Digital Customer Engineer (DCE)
- Cloud Expert with 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, cloud solutions engineering, or systems integration, cloud Architect certification.
Both the positions report to office 5 days a week, Will be working in day shift.
Team manager
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs (sales volume, service levels, Average Handling Time, Conversion Rates).
- Team Coaching & Development: Enhance team performance through regular call monitoring, side-by-side coaching, team briefings, and monthly 1-on-1 performance review sessions.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain work procedures that comply with TDCX and client standards, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Project Manager to make recommendations on improving service levels and identifying training needs.
- Sales/Technical Support Focus: Lead the team to identify customer needs, provide strategic solutions, and increase sales of cloud products and services (up-selling/cross-selling).
- Escalation Management: Handle high-level escalations and complex customer issues to ensure resolution within service standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field with a proven track record in
leading, inspiring, and motivating teams to meet goals.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience in cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or IT/Technical Sales is preferred.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field; a degree in IT or Computer Science is an advantage.
- Certification: Any Cloud certification is mandatory
- Leadership Skills: Strong decision-making, analytical skills, and ability to manage projects and resources.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in English and/or the language of the target market.
- Proficiency: Ability to use CRM tools, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office efficiently.
