About the Role: - As a Digital Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of complex digital transformation programs for our clients. - You will leverage your strong program management skills, deep understanding of digital technologies, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments to drive high-impact outcomes. - This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication, and a proven track record of managing large-scale digital initiatives from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities: - Program Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client strategic objectives, scope, budget, and timeline. - Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors, effectively managing expectations and communications. - Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans for digital initiatives. - Delivery Oversight: Oversee all phases of the program lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. - Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, implementing effective resolution strategies to keep programs on track. - Financial Management: Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met, providing regular financial reporting to stakeholders. - Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of program deliverables, adhering to best practices, methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and client standards. - Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program delivery, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Technology Acumen: Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and trends, advising clients on innovative solutions to achieve their business goals. Experience: - Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in program or project management, with a significant focus on digital transformation, technology implementation, or IT consulting. - Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex digital programs from initiation to closure.
