Job Title: Digital Product Manager - Corporate Internet Banking

Location: Kolkata

Grade: Up to Senior Manager (SM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This is an urgent opening for a pivotal role focused on driving the innovation and enhancement of our Corporate Internet Banking platform. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital product development, the BFSI/Payment domain, and a passion for creating best-in-class corporate digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Corporate Internet Banking, aligning with the bank's overall digital objectives and business goals.

- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Lead the process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting comprehensive business and functional requirements for new features and enhancements to the Corporate Internet Banking platform. This includes interacting with corporate clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams.

- Solution Design & Development: Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to design and build innovative and user-centric Corporate Digital and Payment solutions. Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.

- User Experience (UX) Leadership: Apply strong understanding and experience in digital design and UX principles to ensure intuitive, efficient, and engaging user experiences. Utilize prototyping/wireframing tools and design principles to articulate product concepts effectively.

- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch performance monitoring for products in the mobility and online domains, catering to both retail and corporate users.

- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation and growth in the digital banking space.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales, operations, legal, compliance, risk, and technology to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate on solutions to continuously improve the Corporate Internet Banking platform and achieve business objectives.

- Financial Product Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of all financial products and services offered by the bank, ensuring that digital solutions effectively integrate and support these offerings.

Qualifications:

- Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed college is mandatory. Digital Banking certifications would be an added advantage.

Experience:

- Overall experience of 3+ years, preferably in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or Payment domain.

- Specific and demonstrable experience in Corporate Internet Banking is essential.

- Proven understanding and experience in setting up Corporate Digital solution requirements.

- Hands-on experience in designing and building Corporate Digital or Payment solutions.

- Solid understanding and practical experience in digital design/UX principles, including the use of prototyping/wireframing tools and applying sound design principles.
