About the Role

We are hiring an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager for one of the leading footwear manufacturing and retail brands based in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy, campaign management, and performance marketing, particularly across Meta, Instagram, Google, and emerging platforms. You will be responsible for driving digital visibility, customer engagement, and online brand growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and increase online sales.

- Manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, YouTube, and influencer networks.

- Drive content strategy and brand storytelling across social, web, and e-commerce touchpoints.

- Collaborate with design, product, and merchandising teams to create impactful digital assets and campaigns.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics, track ROI, and optimize campaigns for conversions and engagement.

- Oversee SEO, SEM, and retargeting initiatives to enhance digital reach and brand recall.

- Manage social media strategy content calendars, community engagement, and brand advocacy.

- Work with agencies, influencers, and digital partners to amplify marketing efforts.

- Implement marketing automation, A/B testing, and data analytics for ongoing performance improvement.

- Stay updated on digital trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Skills & Experience

- 5-15 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing preferably in retail, footwear, fashion, or consumer goods.

- Proven success managing large-scale performance marketing and social media campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools.

- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising.

- Creative thinker with a keen eye for branding, storytelling, and consumer engagement.

- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Up-to-date with trends in e-commerce, influencer marketing, and online brand building.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Communication.

- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing Analytics will be an added advantage.
