
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in campaign setup, audience segmentation, analytics, and strategic planning to consistently deliver high-quality leads and strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing (Meta & Google)
- Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Build structured full-funnel campaigns (TOF/MOF/BOF, remarketing, lookalike audiences).
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Continuously optimize CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
2. Strategic Campaign Planning
- Translate business objectives into scalable, full-funnel digital strategies.
- Build monthly and quarterly performance roadmaps using data and trend analysis.
- Identify new targeting opportunities, seasonal trends, and customer behavior insights.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor daily performance and take corrective actions to meet KPIs.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports covering lead quality, cost efficiency, and revenue impact.
- Analyze funnel drop-offs and recommend improvements across creatives, landing pages, and user journeys.
4. Creative Coordination
- Collaborate with design and content teams to brief and produce high-performing creatives.
- Experiment with formats such as video ads, carousels, UGC-style creatives, and storytelling ads.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all ad assets.
5. Conversion & Lead Quality Optimization
- Implement and track pixel events, Conversion APIs, UTM parameters, and custom audiences.
- Work closely with sales and business teams to improve lead quality and targeting accuracy.
- Optimize landing pages using CRO best practices.
6. Tools & Platform Management
- Manage Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Set up automation workflows, tracking systems, and remarketing lists.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Solid understanding of full-funnel performance marketing
- Proficiency in GA4, GSC, GTM, and attribution models

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns
- Experience in high-ticket products, real estate, or interiors (preferred)
