- We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing professional with strong experience in consumer business industries and expertise in digital branding, social media strategy, and performance marketing.

- This role is ideal for candidates who are hands-on with social media campaigns, digital branding, paid marketing, SEO, and content-led audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies focused on brand visibility and lead generation

- Drive social media presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels

- Plan and manage paid campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing initiatives

- Work on SEO and website optimization to improve organic reach and traffic

- Build engaging digital campaigns aligned with brand positioning and consumer behavior trends

- Coordinate with creative, branding, and content teams for campaign execution

- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize digital spends for ROI

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and evolving digital marketing trends

- Support brand communication initiatives through digital platforms

What We Are Looking For

- 5-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Brand Marketing

- Mandatory experience in consumer business industries such as paints, FMCG, retail, consumer durables, lifestyle, or similar sectors

- Strong hands-on experience in:

- Social Media Strategy

- Google Ads & Performance Marketing

- SEO / SEM

- Branding & Digital Campaigns

- Content Marketing

- Analytics & Campaign Optimization

- Strong communication and creative thinking skills

- Ability to independently drive campaigns and collaborate across teams

Preferred Background

Candidates from reputed consumer brands with strong digital presence will be preferred.
