Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, creativity, and proficiency in using digital tools to enhance brand visibility and optimize online presence. The candidate will work on strategy execution, performance analysis, and content coordination to strengthen D Squares digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies covering keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and performance monitoring.

- Manage and maintain company websites (WordPress and Shopify), ensuring functionality, user-friendliness, and SEO compliance.

- Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns while ensuring brand consistency across online touchpoints.

- Plan and deliver content strategies tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences (blogs, case studies, social posts, visuals).

- Develop and execute a social media marketing strategy to enhance engagement and community growth.

- Track and analyze key performance metrics using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console).

- Provide detailed monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Collaborate with internal teams to establish effective digital marketing strategies tied to business goals.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO algorithms, and emerging tools.

Must-Have Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, sales, and cross-functional project management.

- Proficiency in SEO and SEM strategies, keyword research, and website analytics.

- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, content creation, and social media management.

- Excellent leadership and client engagement abilities with data-driven decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in WordPress and Shopify for website management and optimization.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).

- Strong analytical and communication skills with a passion for measuring performance and improving ROI.

Good-to-Have:

- Experience in executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.

- Background in marketing strategy, consulting, or client-facing roles.

- Practiced in managing insights, reporting, and delivering business-impacting outcomes.

- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or video editing software.

- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and content marketing best practices.

- Familiarity with Agile or collaborative project management methods.

- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Google Ads.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
