Roles & Responsibilities:
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads for lead generation.
- Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, GBP, YouTube) with daily posts.
- Plan and coordinate marketing content with design/video teams.
- Improve website performance through SEO and landing page optimization.
- Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Support local marketing activities, festive campaigns & collaborations.
- Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Research competitor strategies & suggest innovative marketing ideas.
-Requirements- Graduate (Marketing/Business preferred).
- 1-2 years experience in digital or social media marketing.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics.
- Creative communication skills; proficiency in Canva & MS Excel.
- Organized, self-driven, and target-focused.
