Must Have Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, and multi-functional project management leadership with customer impact.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in implementing, optimizing and managing digital advertising campaigns, as well as managing transformative solutions with clients.
- Experience in cross-functional and multi-layered stakeholder project management, delivering business outcomes and customer solutions through collaboration.
- Experience managing insights, client management, or consulting-oriented projects, delivering customer success with cross-functional stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
- Experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- An analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
Objectives of this role:
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for D Square, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
- Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain D Squares digital presence
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well its performing and optimize user experience
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
Role & responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement SEO strategies for both websites, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Website Development & Maintenance: Manage and maintain websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, functional, and SEO-friendly.
- Content Creation & Management: Plan and oversee content for SEO and engagement goals, tailoring it for B2B (blog posts, case studies) and B2C (product descriptions, visual content) audiences.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute a social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing posts, and fostering community engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics across SEO, websites, and social media using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing monthly reports and recommendations.
- Strategy & Collaboration: Tailor marketing approaches for B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring consistent branding and integrating SEO with content and social media.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously learn about SEO algorithm updates, digital marketing trends, and e-commerce best practices.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience: 3-5+ years in digital marketing, strong focus on SEO and web content management, and experience in social media campaigns.
- SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, familiarity with SEO tools, and ability to develop and execute SEO strategies.
- Web Development Skills: Proficiency in WordPress (customizing themes, managing plugins, basic coding) and Shopify (theme customization, app configuration).
- Social Media & Content Skills: Proven ability to create engaging content for social media and blogs, excellent writing skills, and experience with social media management tools.
- Marketing Strategy: Broad understanding of digital marketing channels and integrated campaign planning.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Comfortable with data analysis, interpreting metrics, and preparing performance reports.
- Self-Motivated & Organized: Strong self-management, initiative, and time-management skills for a solo, remote position.
- Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
- Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
- Strong project management and managerial skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
