Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in managing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns for the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, and performance metrics, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage targeted advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search & Display).
Optimization: Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, audience targeting refinement, bid strategy optimization, and creative performance tracking.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rates) using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting dashboards.
Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure creatives and messaging align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to maximize cost-efficient lead generation and customer acquisition.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging best practices, especially in the real estate sector.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
Education: MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on real estate campaigns.
Platform Expertise: Hands-on proficiency in Google Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and implement performance enhancements.
Technical Know-how: In-depth understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rates).
Work Style: Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments with strong task prioritization skills.
