Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Performance Analysis:

- Deep dive into Amazon Pi, Vendor Central, Flipkart Dashboards, FirstCry Reports, etc.

- Track campaign performance, search trends, category growth, alternate purchases & repeat rates

- Derive actionable insights at category, subcategory, and SKU level

Digital Ad Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute & optimize campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google Search/Display, Programmatic

- Analyze Search Ads, Class 1 Ads, Sponsored Ads, PPA, DSP, etc. on E-Comm platforms

- Identify gaps in media plans and recommend budget shifts or creative enhancements

Problem Solving & Campaign Tuning:

- Identify performance bottlenecks or under-leveraged opportunities

- Recommend campaign changes or new initiatives to counter competition or drive growth

- Own A/B testing, keyword tuning, and creative iterations

Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Create weekly and monthly dashboards for internal review

- Liaise with media agencies, e-commerce partners, brand teams, and content/creative teams

- Benchmark against competition and stay updated on platform trends & algorithm changes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 5-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong eCommerce marketing orientation

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Pi, Vendor Central, Flipkart Ads Manager and other platform dashboards

- Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search & Display), YouTube, and Programmatic Platforms

- Analytical mindset - must be proficient in deriving insights and making performance tweaks

- Prior experience working with or at Amazon, Flipkart, or eCom-focused agencies is a big plus

- Comfortable with Excel, dashboards, attribution models & funnel analysis

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with tools like Similar Web, Helium10, or Pacvue

- Exposure to running Quick Commerce activations (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart)

- Basic understanding of consumer journey mapping in E-ComM
