Digital Marketing with an E-Commerce company (3-5 yrs)  Job Profile :  - Drive Paid Campaigns on Social Media  - Within an assigned budget every quarter, ensure that we meet our KPIs (ROI, CPT) for spends on social media platforms - FB/Instagram.  - Design & implement experiments to test new ideas or specific features to drive efficiencies & scale  - Manage Dynamic Product Ads (Remarketing) on Facebook liaising with tech team to ensure product feeds & pixels are properly integrated.  - Work with category teams to figure out what assortment to promote  - Take learnings from other global geographies & implement for India BU  Drive Mobile App downloads :  - Design & strategize mobile app download strategy for the company  - Work out a holistic plan across both paid & captive channels  - Drive campaigns across all paid channels: Google Search, Display, Facebook & Affiliates  - Explore partnerships with OEMs, telecom operators for pre-embeds  Manage Agency Relationships :  - We work with a couple of digital marketing agencies for executing most of the operational job.  - Ensure that the agency delivers on the expected KPIs  - Evaluate the performance of agency against industry & internal goals.  Eligibility Criterion :  - Must have at least 3 -5 years of experience, handling paid digital marketing campaigns  - Should have very good analytical & problem solving skills to manage this portfolio efficiently. Intense data-driven approach is desired.  - Should have sound technical understanding & can pick up new tools quickly  - Should think creatively, motivate team members, work cross functionally, organize, plan, & prioritize work.  - Must have highest levels of dedication & constant focus.  Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
