Suntara Cosmetics Private Limited Job Purpose: - The role holder will be responsible for creating and implementing the groups digital marketing strategy. - The role holder will also be responsible for managing the groups eCommerce presence. - The groups current set up in digital marketing is minimal, though we have big plans to expand in the coming years. - The role-holder should be prepared and ready to be an individual contributor - working in the department alone initially. - They will need the play the balance of on the ground roll-out of social media and Google campaigns, while also helping to develop the strategy for the roll-out for the wider digital and eCommerce marketing strategy. Principal Accountabilities &amp; Responsibilities: - Develop &amp; over-see the social media strategy, for the company from scratch. - Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns. - Creating a social media strategy for the company. - Utilizing a range of digital marketing techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC. - Managing the roll-out of paid media advertising on social media &amp; Google. - Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness. - Managing the company website &amp; social media accounts. - Develop the social media content calendar - and then roll this out. - Manage the groups social media accounts. - Lead and manage any website updation projects. - Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing. - Developing and managing the eCommerce strategy of the company. - Getting listings on marketplaces across the world, while also formulating a direct sales approach for eCommerce. - Manage the groups accounts on Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, Myntra. - Work on plans to drive the sales of eCommerce channels. Skills &amp; Competencies Required: - Experience of social media marketing. - Experience of managing eCommerce accounts. - Experience of analysing campaign metric and reports. - Google Adword certified. - Must have worked on website development projects. - Previous experience in digital marketing roles. - Self-starter who is able to work without supervision.
