Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, websites, and display advertising to boost brand, product, and service awareness.
- Generate engaging content formats such as blogs, videos, and newsletters while optimizing website and social platforms for SEO and conversion.
- Manage social media presence and coordinate with sales, content, or design teams for cohesive campaigns.
- Track website traffic, analyze performance metrics, and prepare regular reports to measure ROI and effectiveness.
- Research industry trends, consumer behavior, and new digital media opportunities to identify and implement innovative growth strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field (commerce, business administration, etc.) is essential; digital marketing certifications are highly valued.
- Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic campaigns (PPC, SEO/SEM, email, CRM, social media).
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot), content management systems, and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Strong creative, analytical, and communication abilities, with the capacity to conceptualize campaign strategies and lead projects across platforms.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing.
