Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Strategy:

- Manage and grow our brand presence across all key social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Plan and create a wide variety of engaging content, such as posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.

- Monitor performance metrics and optimize social media strategies to boost engagement and reach.

Content Creation & Brand Consistency:

- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm, write, and design new marketing ideas.

- Develop essential marketing materials, including brochures, emailers, and presentations.

- Ensure all content strictly aligns with our established brand voice and guidelines.

Market Analysis & Collaboration:

- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and a close eye on competitor activity.

- Coordinate with external designers, vendors, and agencies as needed to execute campaigns.

- Contribute to both organic and paid digital marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Experience:

- A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency:

- Hands-on experience with various social media platforms and scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.

Soft Skills:

- Strong writing and communication skills.

- Highly organized, proactive, and a collaborative team player.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

- Experience in a dynamic, fun-loving, and fast-paced team environment
