Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead digital marketing initiatives focusing on SEO/SEM, social media, email, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

This leader will optimize user engagement and conversion funnels and manage the Shopify eCommerce P&L.

Collaboration with agencies, vendors, logistics, and internal teams to enhance campaign performance and growth strategies will be critical.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns alongside social media, email, and WhatsApp marketing efforts.

- Monitor and report on performance against ROI and KPIs across all digital channels.

- Enhance user experience by optimizing customer funnels and conversion points to maximize sales.

- Manage Shopify eCommerce P&L, ensuring smooth order execution in coordination with retail teams.

- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and logistics partners to optimize campaign impact and delivery.

- Explore, evaluate, and implement emerging digital marketing tools and technologies.

- Work with internal teams to develop landing pages and devise innovative growth strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in luxury, QSR, or retail fashion sectors.

- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, performance marketing, and influencer collaborations.

- Hands-on experience with Shopify, social commerce platforms, and marketing toolkits.

- Analytical mindset combined with adaptability and a passion for luxury and lifestyle brands.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work methodically and structured.
