Unstop is looking for a ring leader who can tame the algorithm and make it work for them. Yes, we are looking for the famed algo tamer! This among other things digital. We're seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Associate to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and overall business growth. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, leveraging cutting-edge techniques to attract and engage our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic rankings.
- Monitor site performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.
2. Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Plan and execute paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
- Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, keywords, and landing pages.
3. Performance Marketing:
- Run and manage performance-driven campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook &
Instagram), and Google Ads.
- Track KPIs such as Click Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Impressions, etc.
4. Budget Management:
- Allocate and monitor campaign budgets across multiple channels to ensure effective spend.
- Adjust spending strategies based on performance insights.
5. Lead Generation (B2C & B2B):
- Optimize landing pages and forms to drive high-quality conversions.
- Use CRM and automation tools to track lead lifecycle and engagement.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform-specific dashboards to track and report performance.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and improve campaign
Required Skills and Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on user acquisition and growth.
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM and other metrics.
- Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing budgets is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- A passion for technology and a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
