Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the company's entire digital marketing strategy, from conceptualization to execution. This includes managing online visibility, paid campaigns, SEO performance, brand communication, influencer collaborations, and overall digital presence.
This role requires a creative yet analytical thinker who can merge storytelling with strategy, performance marketing with empathy, and data insights with human connection - ensuring our HealthTech brand builds both trust and traction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Leadership:
- Design, implement, and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies across platforms.
- Collaborate with the Founder and leadership team to define quarterly growth objectives.
- Plan budget allocation across digital channels, focusing on ROI and lead generation.
- Build and manage a scalable marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
2. Performance & Campaign Management:
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Track performance metrics - CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPL, ROI - and report on results weekly.
- Develop remarketing and automation workflows to re-engage potential leads.
- Manage A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
3. SEO, Website & Analytics:
- Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic reach.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure high-performing, optimized websites.
- Set up and monitor Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Tag Manager dashboards.
- Analyze user behavior, bounce rates, and traffic sources to refine marketing strategies.
4. Content & Brand Communication:
- Create content calendars aligned with campaigns, brand voice, and target audience.
- Supervise production of blogs, social media content, infographics, and educational posts.
- Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, and designers for medically accurate yet relatable communication.
- Maintain consistent brand tone across all touchpoints - website, social media, PR, and email.
5. Influencer & Partnership Marketing:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and wellness advocates.
- Build and manage partnerships with clinics, medical professionals, and mental health advocates.
- Drive referral and affiliate programs to enhance visibility and credibility.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing or brand growth (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or tech startups).
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, analytics tools, and content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior and healthcare marketing nuances.
- Experience managing in-house or agency teams is an added advantage.
