Growth Marketing Executive (Amazon & Meta Ads Specialist)

We're a young, mission-driven startup revolutionizing healthy eating for kids. Our brand offers clean, nutritious, and fun food options that parents can trust and kids love. As we scale our D2C and marketplace presence, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to lead performance marketing across Amazon and Meta platforms.

Responsibility:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on - Amazon Ads (AMS)- and - Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)- to drive sales and customer acquisition.

- Work closely with the founding team to define KPIs and build monthly growth strategies tailored for kids' nutrition products.

- Conduct regular A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.

- Optimize - Amazon product listings, storefronts, and ad placements- to improve CTRs and ROAS.

- Leverage Meta's full funnel (Awareness - Consideration - Conversion) to build a strong brand recall and scale conversions.

- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align marketing with product launches and seasonal campaigns.

- Analyze data, generate insights, and report performance with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing, with proven success managing - Amazon Ads- and - Meta Ads- for D2C brands.

- Deep understanding of targeting, attribution, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.

- Data-first mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads dashboard, and Excel/Sheets.

- Strong interest in health & wellness, parenting, or kids' products is a big plus.

- Self-starter attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
