Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Performance & Paid Campaigns

- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and relevant ad networks.

- Improve key performance metrics: CAC, CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and landing page performance.

- Handle remarketing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.

- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and ad formats.

2. Website, SEO & Content Execution

- Update and maintain corporate websites, landing pages, and product pages.

- Ensure SEO hygiene, optimize blogs and content for organic visibility.

- Coordinate with designers and writers for banner assets, creatives, and product content.

- Ensure marketing pages meet compliance and product accuracy standards.

3. B2B Lead Generation & CRM Automation

- Execute LinkedIn and Google campaigns aimed at B2B lead generation (e.g., PSPs, NBFCs, fintechs, enterprises, or relevant industry targets).

- Manage CRM workflows, email sequences, WhatsApp automation, and nurture journeys.

- Score and route marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales pipeline.

- Track lead quality, funnel conversion, acquisition costs, and user journeys.

4. Analytics & Reporting

- Build weekly and monthly dashboards for performance monitoring.

- Track funnel KPIs, channel effectiveness, and ROI across digital campaigns.

- Provide insights to improve targeting, messaging, creatives, and funnel efficiency.

5. Social, Influencer & Content Support

- Support LinkedIn organic marketing, leadership branding, and positioning.

- Coordinate influencer activities where relevant.

- Prepare briefs for short-form videos, product explainers, and educational content.

6. Coordination & Cross-Functional Execution

- Work closely with the Head of Marketing on daily tasks, priorities, and campaign execution.

- Collaborate with sales, product, compliance, and engineering teams as needed.

- Manage external performance, creative, and content agencies to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

- 7-15 years of digital marketing experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, B2B tech, digital products, or high-growth environments.

- Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

- Strong analytical abilities with a deep understanding of funnel metrics, KPIs, and attribution models.

- Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, retargeting, analytics platforms, and dashboards.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and project execution skills.

- Fast learner with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment.
