Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase footfall and online orders.
- Develop and implement Local Store Marketing (LSM) strategies to drive regional growth.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and run targeted digital ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with the operations team to strengthen brand visibility and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and customer insights for strategy refinement.
- Build partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and local communities to boost promotions. Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors for promotional materials, signage, and advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and present actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in QSR, F&B, or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
