We are looking a Digital Marketing Manager for a No.1 portal in India.  Responsibilities Include:  - Develop and effective Marketing strategy, incorporating the right mix of online and offline mediums, ensuring ROI milestones are met.   - Strategizing & tailoring online marketing campaigns for the various channels such as PPC, Social, Email, Affiliate & Performance Marketing Tools to drive sales, brand awareness, and new customer acquisition.  - Design engaging Social Media Campaigns, and effective community management keeping Pet Lover’s trust on the brand intact by ensuring one-on-one engagement with them.  - Manage and execute high-impact marketing campaigns in coordination with cross-functional teams.  - Manage every form of customer communication, ensuring the clarity of the message and right brand message.  - Track and analyse effectiveness of campaigns, incorporate key learning into the direction of new marketing programs.  - Track and monitor the competitive environment and market trends  - Communicate effectively with Vendors, Partners & Affiliates building a long-term partnership   - Should own the marketing business case and manage the budget allocation for all mediums in conjunction with other business heads & finance team  - Should be confident to Interface with Finance and the CXO team   - Knowledge of Adwords, Google Analytics PPC, below the line marketing, Product specific promotions.  - Should have knowledge of CPA, Customer Life Cycle, Cohort and LTV and have worked towards managing healthy eCommerce KPIs.  Qualifications:  - An MBA from Tier 1 Institute  - eCommerce experience is a must   - Desired experience of 1-2 years in Internet space  - In depth knowledge of Online marketing tools, SEM, Affiliates, Ad-networks, Email marketing, Google Ad-words, Social Media Marketing (paid and organic) and Analytics  Desired Skills:  - Quick learner and Fast thinker  - Outstanding communication skills  - Demonstrated capability of taking self-initiative, leadership roles, breakthrough thinking and functioning in highly dynamic environments.  - Strong Analytical Skills  Location: Gurgaon.  Salary is not a constraint.
