Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Experience: 10+ years

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end digital presence of the brand, with a strong focus on website experience, content, and audience engagement. The role demands a strategic yet hands-on leader who can drive UI/UX improvements, content strategy, and digital brand building across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & UX Optimization:


- Lead the setup, revamp and optimisation of brand websites with a focus on improved UI/UX.

- Enhance on-site engagement to positively impact bounce rate, dwell time and repeat visits.

- Work closely with product, design and tech teams to implement UX best practices and A/B tests.

Digital Brand Building & Campaigns:


- Increase brand share of search and key brand-building KPIs in the digital space.

- Design, build and maintain integrated brand campaigns across social, video and owned assets.

- Ensure cohesive messaging and creative consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Driving Physical Engagement via Digital:


- Use digital touchpoints, content and PR strategies to scale physical engagements and on-ground activations.

- Plan and execute digital-led amplification for niche as well as mass audiences, including Tier II and rural India.

Platform-specific Content Strategy (Meta & YouTube):


- Develop and own content strategy for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and YouTube to effectively engage the male target group.

- Plan content calendars, campaign bursts and always-on communication tailored to platform behaviour and audience insights.

- Collaborate with creative teams, agencies and creators to deliver high-impact content formats (short-form, long-form, video, reels, shorts, etc.).

Analytics, Reporting & Influencer Marketing:


- Enhance brands digital presence through robust content analytics and performance dashboards.

- Track, measure and report on key digital metrics to drive continuous optimisation.

- Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement and consideration among the target audience.

Required Experience & Skills:


Minimum 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with strong exposure to:

- Website and UI/UX improvement initiatives.

- Digital content, social media, and brand campaigns.

- Working with cross-functional teams (product, creative, tech, media, PR).

- Proven ability to manage agencies, partners and influencers.

- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in reading dashboards and translating insights into actions.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.

Education:


- Graduate / Postgraduate from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.

- Specialisation in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related fields preferred.
