Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Role Summary:
As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible to lead and execute full-funnel digital strategies across paid media, SEO, social, and email. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to build a strong digital presence for the brand and drive leads, conversions, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels - Search, Social, Display, Email, SEO, and more.
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, generating insights and data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
- Optimize landing pages and websites for improved user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a digital edge.
- Align digital marketing efforts with broader marketing goals and brand strategy.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc., to track and report campaign performance.
- Innovate with new tools, channels, and trends to ensure cutting-edge marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- MBA or equivalent diploma in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, especially within consumer-focused or B2C brands.
Key Skills:
- Strong command over Performance Marketing - Search, Paid Social, Display, Email Marketing.
- Highly proficient with analytics platforms, KPIs, and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to drive and align internal stakeholders and manage external agencies/partners effectively.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of digital tools, platforms, and marketing automation systems.
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and passionate about conversions and measurable results.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in high-growth, performance-focused marketing teams.
- Proven track record of delivering ROI-positive campaigns and business outcomes through digital marketing.
