Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore, India (Work from Office 5 Days a Week)

Working Hours: USA Time Zone

Experience: 7 to 12 Years


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives in the B2B SaaS domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in content marketing, product marketing, brand awareness, and growth strategies tailored for SaaS products. This role requires working closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to drive awareness, engagement, and demand across our target markets.


Key Responsibilities:


Digital Strategy & Execution:


- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

- Optimize campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, email, paid media, social, etc.) with a strong performance marketing mindset.


Content & Product Marketing:


- Lead the content strategy including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns to educate, engage, and convert leads.

- Create and manage product marketing materials feature launches, sales enablement tools, and customer success stories.

- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging and positioning across the funnel.


Brand Awareness & Positioning:


- Build and amplify the companys brand presence across key digital channels and industry communities.

- Establish thought leadership through strategic content and digital PR initiatives.


Analytics & Optimization:


- Use analytics tools to measure performance, gather insights, and refine marketing tactics.

- Provide detailed campaign reporting and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.


Team Collaboration & Vendor Management:


- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns effectively.

- Ensure on-brand messaging across all touchpoints.


Key Requirements:


- 7 to 12 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.

- Strong expertise in content marketing, product marketing, and brand positioning.

- Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.

- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Willingness and ability to work during USA time zone hours (EST or PST).

- Strong understanding of customer journeys and funnel-based marketing.
