Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, AdRoll, and other digital platforms
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring efficient utilization of marketing spends
- Drive SEO and organic growth initiatives including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote university events through digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct detailed data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and technical teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices to drive innovation
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Proven 3+ years of expertise in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, AdRoll
- Strong knowledge of campaign types, conversion actions, account hierarchies, and tracking setups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
