Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

- Coordinate marketing strategies with sales and product teams to align messaging and maximize lead generation.

- Oversee branding, advertising, promotions, and trade show participation to increase brand awareness.

- Create and maintain detailed marketing plans and calendars in advance of campaigns.

- Manage the marketing team, department budget, and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

2. Marketing Data & Analytics

- Collect, analyze, and interpret campaign and customer data to drive strategy and decision-making.

- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track KPIs like CTR, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.

- Conduct A/B testing, lead scoring, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation to improve campaign targeting and engagement.

- Monitor and ensure data integrity, manage databases, and ensure actionable insights are derived from clean, accurate data.

- Collaborate with creative, data, and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are driven by customer behavior and analytics.

3. Campaign Optimization & Performance Monitoring

- Continuously evaluate marketing effectiveness and adjust tactics based on data insights.

- Provide regular reports and dashboards to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.

- Stay informed of digital marketing and analytics trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 1-3 years specifically in data-driven marketing or analytics.

- Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Advanced proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

- Understanding of CRM systems, email segmentation, lead nurturing workflows, and SEO.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Bonus: Experience with SQL or machine learning for marketing analytics is a plus.
