Role: Digital Marketing Lead  Location: NCR  CTC: 12-20 LPA  About the Firm:  Series A funded start up (USD 5 Mln) which is a multi-lingual e-learning platform that enables people to prepare for different competitive tests for higher studies and jobs.  About the Role:  Job Description:   We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.   Responsibilities:   - Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns   - Design, build and maintain our social media presence  - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies  - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests   - Improving the user experience on the company's website(Includes design, content and usability)   - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points   - Evaluate emerging technologies.
