Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute integrated digital marketing plans across consumer journey touchpoints.

- Plan and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and cost-efficiency.
- Maintain real-time dashboards and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance and brand impact.
- Monitor competitor activities and benchmark digital campaigns to identify opportunities and trends.
- Explore new digital platforms, innovations, and partnerships to keep ahead of industry trends.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with digital marketing partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with global teams to align and execute digital initiatives and technology integration.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes related to partner contracts, invoicing, and approvals.
- Provide regular insights and strategic recommendations to brand and leadership teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and innovations to maintain a cutting-edge digital presence.
- Maintain a dashboard that tracks brand performance across the full product portfolio.
Job Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on brand and 360- digital activations.
Proven expertise in:
- Performance Marketing & E-commerce
- Digital Media Planning & Management
- Social Campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms
- Search Engine Marketing & Analytics (GA, GSC, SEO/SEM)
- MarTech tools, websites, mobile apps, APIs, and backend architecture integration
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and digital marketing agencies.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.
