Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital growth strategy. You will be responsible for enhancing The Propmart Advantage by leveraging our tech-driven platform to shatter traditional barriers and seamlessly integrate data-driven insights and automation to connect developers and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Performance Marketing: Design and execute high-impact digital campaigns to drive quality leads for exclusive projects.

- Brand Synergy: Leverage Propmart's 25-year legacy and its position within the Purvankara Group to build brand authority and trust across digital channels.

- Platform Management: Oversee our dynamic, tech-driven platform, ensuring it utilizes cutting-edge technology and digital tools to enhance the customer buying experience.

- Multi-City Strategy: Manage digital footprints for our regional offices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune, tailoring campaigns to each city's unique market pulse.

- Content & Engagement: Champion a customer-first approach by managing active digital channels to provide unparalleled support and professional service.

- Analytics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance, ensuring Propmart remains a stalwart in finding suitable buyers for land owners and investors.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: Total experience of 8 - 12 years with proven track record in digital marketing, ideally within the agency environment.

- Tech-Savvy: Expertise in using automation and digital tools to bring developers and buyers together.

- Strategic Vision: Ability to work within a 200-person strong workforce to deliver industry-leading service and exceptional results.

- Communication: Exceptional professional communication skills, reflecting the integrity and values of Propmart.

- Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
