Digital Marketing Head - Performance & Analytics
Description:
Role Summary The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for defining and executing the entire performance marketing strategy, managing significant acquisition budgets, and ensuring a strong ROI through data-driven campaigns across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Strategy: Develop and lead the strategy for all paid digital marketing channels (SEM, Social, Display, Affiliates, Programmatic) to achieve aggressive customer acquisition and LTV targets.
- Budget Ownership: Manage a multi-crore digital budget, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and continuous testing of new platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to attribute marketing spend, optimize campaign performance, and deliver clear, actionable reporting on CAC, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of performance marketers, media buyers, and channel experts.
- Creative Testing: Work closely with the Brand/Content team to establish a rigorous creative testing framework to maximize ad performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA (Preferred): Full-time MBA with a focus on Marketing or Analytics.
- Experience: 6-10 years of experience, with at least 4 years focused on high-volume, performance-based digital marketing, ideally for a B2C digital product.
- Expert-level knowledge of major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, programmatic DSPs) and marketing attribution models.
- Proven ability to drive profitable customer growth and manage large acquisition budgets with strict ROI targets
