Digital Marketing Head - Eye Beauty Brand
Key Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end digital strategy across acquisition, retention, funnels, and experience
- Run experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Prioritize high-impact, fast-execution growth opportunities.
- Plan, execute, and optimize ROI-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, Influencer-Paid Collabs, and Programmatic.
- Manage full-funnel campaigns-awareness, consideration, conversion & retargeting.
- Own marketing budgets, CAC targets, ROAS improvement, and campaign-level cost efficiency.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and ad formats.
- Build and execute the end-to-end growth roadmap across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
- Identify strategic levers to drive repeat rate, subscription adoption (if any), cart convertibility, retention, and LTV uplift.
- Own revenue performance on Shopify-traffic growth, conversion rates, AOV, and funnel improvements.
- Build automated customer journeys across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
- Work closely with product, design & dev to continuously improve homepage, PDPs, navigation, speed, UX/UI.
- Implement landing page experiments for campaigns and product launches.
- Collaborate with design to build high-performance ad creatives, reels, videos, banners, and emailers.
- Plan content calendars for campaigns, festivals, new launches, and brand moments.
- Track KPIs: CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention %, repeat rate, traffic sources, conversion rate, AOV.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing/growth experience in D2C beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo/Mailchimp/WhatsApp tools.
- Understanding of beauty category growth drivers, especially eye-focused products.
- Hands-on executioner with ability to manage agencies, freelancers and creative teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong comfort in metrics, dashboards, and experimentation.
- Creative thinking + strong content instincts + understanding youth digital culture.
- Bias for execution, ability to work in a fast-paced startup, and ownership mindset.
