Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Consultant with hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate will also have experience in client communication, organic social media strategy, and managing cross-channel campaigns. Experience in platforms like Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other emerging ad platforms will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad platforms.

- Develop and manage organic and paid social media strategies and content calendars for different clients.

- Manage organic social media posting, community engagement, and brand voice consistency across platforms.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication - from campaign briefing to reporting.

- Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs.

- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to meet ROI and performance targets.

- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and new advertising features.

- Coordinate with creative teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages.

- Monitor competitor activity and suggest digital strategy improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.


- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns for multiple clients.

- Strong understanding of organic and paid social media platforms, audience engagement, and content strategies.

- Experience in client servicing and stakeholder communication.

- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.

Good to Have:

- Experience in Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Twitter/X Ads.

- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Buffer.

- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and influencer collaboration strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

- Certifications in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Marketing are a plus.
