The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness, engage with the community, and attract prospective students and patients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote college academic programs, hospital services, and events. - Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with engaging, original, and consistent content. - Create, edit, and publish high-quality content including graphics, videos, blogs, reels, and stories. - Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to increase reach and conversions. - Monitor website performance, ensure SEO optimization, and update content regularly. - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). - Coordinate with academic, clinical, and administrative teams to highlight success stories, achievements, and activities. - Handle online reputation management, including responding to queries and reviews. - Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative digital marketing tools and techniques. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management. - Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, and content creation. - Strong skills in Canva/Photoshop, video editing tools, and copywriting. - Familiarity with healthcare/education sector marketing is an added advantage. - Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
