Digital Marketing Analyst
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive measurable business growth. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, and expertise in SEO (particularly local SEO and the US SEO landscape).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze performance across digital marketing channels, including paid search, display, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, conversion metrics, and business objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms to measure traffic, engagement, and user behavior.
- Support SEO strategy with keyword research, backlink analysis, technical audits, and website performance tracking.
- Execute local SEO strategies to optimize visibility in US-based markets, including
- Google Business Profiles, local citations, and geo-targeted content.
- Stay up to date with US SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitive benchmarks to refine strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all digital marketing platforms.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive performance to inform campaign strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably within healthcare or marketing industries.
- Proven expertise in local SEO and US SEO practices (Google Business Profile, local citations, schema markup, geo-targeting).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics/ad platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data manipulation tools (preferred).
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
