What Youll Do

As Sr. Manager HR, you wont just manage HRyoull redefine it.

- Host hackathons, sprints, and innovation challenges to onboard the best talent in our technical teams across PAN India.

- Drive organization management and help shape the companys long-term people strategy.

- Launch employee engagement programs that inspire collaboration, creativity, and stronger bonds.

- Lead initiatives that encourage long-term association with the company.

- Take ownership of HR transformation projectsturn ideas into action.

- Champion Zoho HR Suite (People, Recruit, Payroll) to digitize and automate HR processes.

What Were Looking For

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience.

- Proven ability to design and run large-scale employee engagement events like hackathons & sprints.

- Hands-on expertise with Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll.

- Strategic mindset with a passion for culture-building and innovation.

- Strong ownership, creativity, and people-first approach.
