Job Description:

- To drive digital marketing effectiveness and customer engagement by independently managing Meta and YouTube ad campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and leveraging CRM data to enhance consumer lifecycle strategies.

- The role is critical in ensuring that performance marketing efforts and CRM communications are data-driven, consumer-centric, and aligned with brand objectives across platforms. Meta Ads Execution (Facebook & Instagram)

- Independently execute and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).

- Monitor campaign performance daily; analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.

- Generate performance reports and derive actionable insights to optimize ad spend and campaign outcomes.

- Digital Campaign Management (YouTube & Agency Coordination)

- Manage digital media campaigns with a strong focus on YouTube ads - including format selection, targeting, and scheduling.

- Collaborate with media agencies for campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.

- Review agency performance reports and provide data-driven feedback to enhance campaign effectiveness.

CRM & Consumer Data Analytics

- Develop and execute CRM campaigns with appropriate frequency and segmentation strategies to improve customer engagement.

- Analyze consumer data from CRM dashboards to identify trends, user behavior, and reactivation opportunities.

- Work cross-functionally with analytics and content teams to enhance consumer lifecycle engagement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and digital marketing KPIs.

- Knowledge of YouTube Ads, including format planning, targeting, and A/B testing.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and data analytics platforms.

- Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven decision-making approach.

-Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (e. , content, analytics, design, product, media).

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and CRM lifecycle management.

- Strong experience in Meta Ads, YouTube campaigns, and CRM tools
